General Terms: These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with the Circraft Leisure Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All transactions with Circraft Leisure Ltd will be governed by these terms and conditions. All references to the ‘company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ will refer to Circraft Leisure Ltd. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.
Prices: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders: We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), telephone, post. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, JCB and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
Delivery: All Clothing to UK orders are sent by applying your postcode and a cost will be calculated . European Orders incur an additional £15 postage fee. Rest of the World incurs a £20 postage fee. Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within a maximum of thirty days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time and a full refund given. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges: We hope that you are entirely satisfied with every purchase made from the Circraft Leisure Ltd and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. Specially made items such as Topdecks, Custom items and Polo Vests are non refundable unless faulty. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, again please contact us by email or telephone giving details of the fault and then send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, and your receipt. We will exchange the item or refund the full value. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery. The cost of returning items to Circraft Leisure Ltd must be covered by the customer unless the goods were sent in error, or arrived in a faulty condition. Circraft Leisure Ltd will only refund the postage charges for goods sent in error or for faulty goods that are not used. The goods should be returned by UK post first class recorded delivery.
